November 2004:  Thirty-five MMS Inspectors Attend Crane Workshop

Crane Tech hosted a special Crane Safety Workshop for thirty-five Minerals Management Services inspectors.  MMS inspectors had an opportunity to learn crane inspection from a team of experts that included Crane Tech, Holloway Houston, SEATRAX Cranes, Innovative Technologies, and Peak.  MMS inspectors were treated to a one of a kind program, as the technical training moved from the classroom to a pedestal crane for hands-on work.  Inspectors worked with Crane Tech employees completing a comprehensive inspection that culminated with a live waterbag load test.  The skills learned in this workshop were definitely needed said MMS management.
