Train-The-Trainer Programs

In the case where employers desire to provide training at their facility, using their own staff, Crane Tech’s Train-the-Trainer program offers a turn-key solution that site trainers often need—allowing them to bring new-found knowledge and Crane Tech’s proprietary materials back to train others at their workplace.

Provided with each Train-the-Trainer program:

• Master Training Manual – every trainer receives a Train-the-Trainer manual with specialized materials for future reference.
• Detailed Training Syllabus – a step-by-step guide matched to the Master Training Manual and Presentations.
• PowerPoint Presentations – digital presentation files for most programs customized to the syllabus and student manuals for high-impact training.
• Workshops – Interactive activities to enhance your students learning experience.
• Written Exams – Pre- and post-tests professionally developed and keyed to your training materials.
• Performance Exams – Hands-on performance tests for most programs help ensure your personnel are properly qualified.
• Digital Files – Copies of select Crane Tech forms to use for your future training classes.

Important Details
It is recommended trainers plan to attend a refresher course once every two years to keep abreast of changes to regulations and standards.

The awarding of Train-the-Trainer status does not authorize the trainer to provide training for hire, or to receive compensation in any way whatsoever for the service of providing training.

Train-the-Trainer programs paid for by the employer shall remain property of the employer, not the individual awarded Train-the-Trainer status.

Train-the-Trainer programs are not eligible for the Enroll 2 and 3rd is FREE promotion. Participants wanting Train-the-Trainer status with their free enrollment must pay the Train-the-Trainer fees.
