This Train-the-Trainer course qualifies internal personnel to deliver and document forklift operator training using Crane Tech’s standardized curriculum and instructional framework. Participants complete the same instructor-led classroom and hands-on equipment training as standard operator attendees, learning pre-use inspections, capacity limits and stability principles, hazard recognition, and safe operation around warehouses, loading docks, trailers, pedestrians, and active work environments.
In addition to operator training, trainer candidates receive separate instruction on administering written and practical evaluations, applying consistent qualification criteria, and maintaining defensible training records aligned with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 and 1926.602(d). Participants leave credentialed to train and evaluate forklift operators using Crane Tech-provided materials, standardized student kits, access to the TTT Portal, and ongoing curriculum updates that support audit-ready qualification practices.
